  42. I have been following your saga for a week now and am thrilled beyond measure for your family! This, is exactly what collective prayers can do. And, just to let you know of the impact, I didn't leave my two year old for a second the other night as she took her bath...thanks to you. We sang silly songs, splashed, and blew big bubbles, and not one time, did I think about doing some laundry, or folding towels. I just enjoyed my time with her, and I want to thank you for that gift. You can never know what you may have deflected in the future by writing about this.

  67. You don't know how happy this makes me. I laid awake till 1:00 am last night thinking about you and your dear family. Pleading and begging with god for a miracle I couldn't even imagine the heart ache you were feeling and the emotions you had been facing. It seems like just yesterday I myself was hearing that my daughter might be brain dead. The things you describe made my heart ache. Although the circumstances were different. It just is cruel to have to analize every little thing and wonder if there is a little function somewhere in that little head. I am thanking god. He is real. He is! Even though my little one was called back home and is up in heaven I know that miracles DO happend. Thanks for sharing!!!

  76. I cannot thank you enough for sharing your story. What an inspirational and awe inspiring one!
I am a nurse at PCMC on the Neruscience/Trauma Unit. I am hoping that you leave the PICU soon and head on across the hall to our home. I will definitely be keeping an eye out for your little kiddo. What a miracle he is. Look at the light in his eyes.
Coming from a nurses perspective, again I can't thank you enough for sharing your story. You have given me and insight and an understanding that I don't think I ever would have had otherwise. I will be a better nurse forever because of it. I owe that to you and your beautiful family.
I hope to see you incredibly soon so we can get you back home and back to life.
My prayers are continuing for your little man and for your family. God bless!

  77. How wonderful for you! The power of priesthood blessings is real. I couldn't help but remember the comment you made in your 1st post about the accident when your husband gave Bronson such a powerful blessing. We don't get to chose when Heavenly Father will answer our prayers, or even how he will answer them, but rest assured prayers are answered. What a beautiful testament to you, to your family and to Bronson. Your sweet sons fasting, blessings being given and humble prayers uttered have all been answered. Hundreds of prayers sent to Heaven for your sweet boy! I hope and pray that Bronson's recovery will continue smoothly and that you will soon be able to be home together as a family.

  81. I just saw this latest update and cried! We are so happy for you! I am tempted to go wake up my sleeping boys and show them. They have all been so concerned and prayerful for him. In fact my 7 year old decided to bear his testimony on Sunday and started telling everyone about what he was fasting for--baby Bronson and what happened--so then people came up to me after church to find out more. Each person told me they would pray for him too and add him to their fast. ( We have an amazing ward) Anyway, I just got off the phone with a couple of them to let them know--one older sister (Dena Williams) who asked me to let her know, just wept when I told her the good news. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that you are being prayed for and loved from Tennessee! We are so happy!

Thank you for sharing your story. Many lives have been saved due to this tragic event. I know that Bronson's life will be spared. He is such a sweet soul and his time here is not over in the least bit. I have been glued to your blog like many others. I have shared your story to many people, requesting prayers each time. Out nightly prayers are by far more meaningful. I will never leave my children in the bath alone, and I definitely hold them closer at night. My heart is so filled with happiness for you, and as I've said in previous comments, you have helped me to slow down and appreciate all the moments. Even when I want to pull my hair out. Tragic that you had to go through this, but what a mirable. What a blessing. Again, thank God!

  175. A Friend of mine directed me to your blog. I cried my eyes out and snuggled my little baby boy. Having been to PCMC MANY times before with my own baby boy and his health problems and also just recently a niece of mine was diagnosed with cancer and a really rare disease there. I cannot tell you how AWESOME the nurses and DR's are there. You are at the best place you can possibly be and I am so happy to hear that your little Bronson is doing so much better! My little boy and I said a prayer for him tonight and your family tonight, hoping for a full and happy recovery.

  177. You have no idea who I am, but the story of your boy reached me last week and my family and I have been so humbled by your situation. We have been brought to our knees in tears, but bringing our faith to ask that Bronson might be healed.
In turn, we have felt some of that healing in our own hearts and we are so thankful that Bronson is doing so well. Our prayers will continue for you and we just wanted to say that we are so happy for you!

  180. When I began following your story, I thought, I too was a stranger. Reading your blog, I couldn’t help but think… “That could so easily have been me”. I began to pray for Bronson and your beautiful family immediately.

Today, however, I realized I went to High School with you, Sara. I was a year older than you. You were uber cool and I was not. It didn’t matter, you were always nice… not just nice, kind. To everyone.

Tears of joy roll down my face as I read about today‘s miracle.

I will continue to pray for Bronson and your family. I would like to do more. Is there anyway I can make a donation to help with medical expenses? I’ve seen a friends life flight bill. WOW! I know now is not the time, but I think others, friends & strangers alike, would like to help.

Thank you for sharing your story. It is, and has been, a very powerful reminder of what is most important.

    Warmly,
    Amy “Fisher” Anderson
