It just gets better and better.
He's been wide awake and super alert for the past couple of hours.
The doctors and nurses here are thrilled with his progress.
I am ecstatic!
The Breathing Trial was perfect.
He went without the vent for over two hours and never needed it once.
They will do another trial in the morning
and if it goes well they plan to extubate sometime tomorrow.
.
Heavenly Father is pouring down blessings upon this little boy
and on all of those who are praying for him.
I am hearing amazing stories...
I have learned that faith heals... Not just the body and mind, but the soul.
Prayer seals hearts together.
Even people who have never met in this life.
Angels walk on earth as well as in heaven.
I see their goodness with fresh eyes.
.
Thank you all for your strength and testimony...
I am in awe of you!
I am so happy that the trial went will. Still sending tons of prayers to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteWe don't know you, but we're praying for you in our family. So glad to hear Bronson is improving!

Close your eyes,
Have no fear,
The monsters gone,
He's on the run and your daddy's here,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,
Before you go to sleep,
Say a little prayer,
Every day in every way,
It's getting better and better,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy,
Out on the ocean sailing away,
I can hardly wait,
To see you to come of age,
But I guess we'll both,
Just have to be patient,
Yes it's a long way to go,
But in the meantime,
Before you cross the street,
Take my hand,
Life is just what happens to you,
While your busy making other plans,
Beautiful,
Beautiful, beautiful,
Beautiful Boy

ReplyDeleteROCK ON, Bronson!
ReplyDeleteSara, wow how your story has brought back way too many fond memories and lots of tears. The first intial shock, the drive to UVRMC the loooong drive to PCMC and so on. The brain swelling, the tubes, the rollercoaster of emotions. I linked to your blog from another who was praying for you and asking for prayers and when I saw that it was you, someone I know, it hurt so much worse.
ReplyDeleteI quickly said a prayer to comfort you and Matt and your boys, to bless Bronson, and for everything to go as planned, according to God's will.
I am so glad that things are looking up and hope that they will continue to do so. You are so sweet, such a strong woman, a wonderful mother, and even though it was hard to read Bronson's story of the accident, thank you for sharing.
I will continue to pray for you and yours, especially Bronson. He is in good hands.
Amanda Peterson
